Turnaround Time

We aim to have your order shipped within 2-3 business days. However, we produce all of our products in small batches ensuring freshness & quality, so some products are made to order. We will always contact you if your order will be delayed for any reason.

 

Payment

 

Lala Soap Company accepts secure payment processing via Credit Card. We use Stripe to process credit card orders to keep your information secure (we do not ever have access to your credit card information.) We will accept phone-in credit card orders on a case by case scenario, please contact us to arrange such payment. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of ordering, failure to pay promptly will result in Lala Soap Company canceling the transaction. If you need more time or are having difficulties paying, feel free to send us a message and we can work something out! Occasionally, Lala Soap Company will offer sales, discounts, and promo codes. Shipping

Lala Soap Company ships all of our orders expedited via Canada Post, and their hours dictate your packages arrival. We offer a base shipping rate up to a weight of 3kg for $10 within the province of Ontario. $15 for BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia. $20 for Newfoundland, Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut.

Returns

We are fully committed to creating a product line you will love ~ If for any reason, it doesn't stand up to snuff please contact us and we will replace or exchange it with another item of equal value. Due to the personal nature of our products, Lala Soap Company cannot fulfill refunds or accept returns.

Ingredients

We make sure to disclose ingredients for all of our products in as plain English as possible - using INCI labelling, which is a worldwide standard. Please check the product’s information thoroughly for any allergies or sensitives as we do occasionally use nut oils (our line is completely free of peanut, almond, and other allergy prone tree nuts!) and you will find shea butter in many of our products.
